The four plans side by side
The cards above are these same four plans. Here they are one row each, because a table is the thing you can actually compare and the thing a retrieval layer can lift whole.
| What you get | Starter | Pro | Business | Custom |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | €29 per month | €64 per month | €109 per month | On request |
| Active prompts per workspace | 20 | 50 | 100 | On request |
| Engines queried | 1 | 3 | 4 | All 12 |
| Seats | 1 | 2 | 4 | On request |
| Slack channel, monthly sync and dedicated support | Not included | Not included | Included | Included |
Every value in this table is read from the same file the checkout uses, so it cannot disagree with what you are charged. The engine row is the one worth reading twice: the engines a vendor advertises and the engines its entry plan actually buys are routinely two different lists, which is why ours are named here rather than in a footnote. Read the entry-plan study.
Questions people ask before they subscribe
What counts as an active prompt?
A question we run for you on a schedule, not a keyword you look up. Each active prompt is sent to the engines in your plan, and the number is how many you keep running at once in a workspace, so retiring one frees the slot for another. We price on prompts rather than keywords because a prompt is the unit an answer is built for: asking one intent four different ways returns four different source lists, which we have measured and published rather than assumed.
Which engines does each plan query?
Starter queries ChatGPT. Pro adds Google AI Overview and Google AI Mode. Business adds Perplexity. Custom covers every engine we support and gets new ones as they are added. The list sits on this page rather than in a footnote because the engines a vendor advertises and the engines its entry plan buys are routinely two different lists, and that gap is one of the things we measure about this market.
What happens in the first week?
Your prompts run daily for the first seven days and weekly after that. The daily warm-up exists because a single run is a draw rather than a rate: answers vary between identical requests, so one reading cannot tell a stable citation from a coincidence. Seven days gives you a baseline the weekly cadence can then move against.
Can I cancel, and do I have to talk to anyone first?
Cancel at any time, and no. Checkout runs through Stripe and takes about two minutes, so starting and stopping are both self-serve on the three plans that carry a price. Custom is the only tier that needs a conversation, because it is scoped to what you are measuring.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT because these are business plans, and tax is applied at checkout according to your billing country. The amount on the card is what the subscription costs before that.
What does Custom add over Business?
Prompt and workspace volume scoped to what you are measuring, every engine we support with early access to new ones, and the same Slack channel, monthly sync and dedicated support that Business already carries. It exists for brands, corporations and agencies measuring more markets or more competitors than a fixed tier holds.
